I took this today at 6.45 am (daylight saving time) ....
... after running 100 metres (to get to the other side of the park) AND in my dressing-gown! (with coat over the top). Too beautiful a sunrise to stay in bed and miss!
Isn't it funny? I feel as if I'm in the middle here, with my blogging friends in NZ and Australia ahead of me by half a day, and my friends in America lagging behind.
It really gives you a sense of the rotation of the earth, I tell ya!

There! You've done it again! Monday has NOT bloody come! It's Sunday night 11.30pm and I haven't even gone to bed yet! What are you trying to do? Blow my mind or something!
Laughs not with, but at YP. Obviously back late from the pub and disoriented. Take some deep breaths YP, a glass of 'Andrews Liver Salts' and say 'Oooommmm' ten times before bed.
