You either stayed up late or got up early to post this. It's 11:30 am. on Friday the 20th here, and we are 7 hrs ahead of you by the clock but a calendar day behind. So, if you just posted, it was 4:30 in the morning.
Apparently this song was the first Australian number to "go gold". In 2001 it was also voted the best Australian song of all time. I guess that coming in a close second might have been "Skippy the Bush Kangaroo".
