Beauty?

  1. Ahhh thank you Kathrine, I did find how to set it and have set my blog to it as well, for much the same reason as you. I will get a better feel for how many actually view it by them coming to the site to see it.

I appreciate you taking the time to give the the information!

As to the photo...now I see this one is a larger section of the previous and looks to be the outside of a bus or transport of some sort. I'm seeing some greenery in the window, a reflection? The squiggles down the outside look as though it is where water has trickled down through grudge.

    Yes...you have me hooked! :)

  2. Sis- you are welcome dear.

Re the trails...they are made by slugs and snails...if you look closely you can see the little scratchy marks made by their radula as they scrape off and eat the sooty mold that coats the back of my caravan. The sooty mold in turn is feeding on the sweet sap that dripped off the oak tree through tiny damage holes made by little sucking bugs called passionvine hoppers.
I could say the whole thing is the result of my fascination for the natural world but really it's just laziness.
I did clean the caravan after I took the pic.

  3. Bah! I was wrong again... but was that beauty in an unexpected place? It was just a mucky caravan that some arty farty sheila had neglected to clean! Radulas indeed!

  4. The beauty of snail trails...but it's still a nice, chaotic view of the world!

  5. OH, snail trails, I'd never have guessed that! At least I got the tranport part correct, guess that counts for something.

BTW, congrats on your grand Laughing Horse award. I followed the link provided and very much enjoyed the report on the award ceremony. Thank you for sharing it!
