'I'm always looking for the Hows and the Whys and the Whats,' said Muskrat, 'That is why I speak as I do. You've heard of Muskrat's Much-in-Little, of course?'
'No,' said the child. 'What is it?'

Pete Dungey.

From artist Pete Dungey

  1. Like it - I've sent the link on to a couple of friends-artists also interested in water issues.

  2. Interesting ... it was a bit strange shooting it sideways though. I do see why, it just looked odd.

I wonder what he had that printed on?

  3. You didn't leave any comments with this clip and I wonder why you selected it...why you think it is "art". Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that it is unworthy of attention but I just wanted to read your take on it Katherine.

  4. Brian - What did they think?

Jay - Yes, the sideways bit threw me too at first. Made it more interesting, though. The words are printed on water-soluble paper, apparently.

YP. I suppose this clip is art to me because it is visually interesting yet does not explain itself completely, inviting viewer speculation, and yet seeking to communicate a message simply - in this case there is a political/ environmental agenda.
