North Georgia is having its first Christmas Day snow in over a century (save for a few flurries 27 years ago). It has been snowing steadily since 11 a.m. (it's now 8 p.m.) and not expected to stop until tomorrow afternoon. Three inches have fallen already and the total may reach eight.
