'I'm always looking for the Hows and the Whys and the Whats,' said Muskrat, 'That is why I speak as I do. You've heard of Muskrat's Much-in-Little, of course?'
'No,' said the child. 'What is it?'

Eye Candy Day 16

  1. Nice-looking chap. Haven't a clue who he is.

Tom Jones (the singer) once said that the chief difference between 13-year-old girls screaming at their baby-faced teen idols and 32-year-old women screaming at him and throwing their room keys and panties onstage was that the 32-year-old women knew what they were screaming about.

Not that that has any current application, you understand.

Hi Katherine. I saw you posted a picture of me on your blog. I am a keen fan of "The Last Visible Dog". I may be over filming in NZ early next year - perhaps we can go out for dinner? My wife won't mind as I have a bit of a reputation for being a lady's man. Love, Clive xxx

  5. Clive - I'm delighted to hear you're coming over to New Zealand again! I hope you have a super time and take the time to see a bit more of our scenery this time. We're still in the same house, love it if you and Sarah-Jane want to stay again! (You are a tease, What reputation? You shouldn't believe everything the tabloids write. And you know I never read 'em.)

Sis, Lizzy, he is lovely, isn't he!

Robert - So true. Nice quote.

    Ian - groooaan

  6. I wish I really believed Clive wrote the first comment. If he really does stop by, what will you fix for dinner? Maybe the white bait will be in season.

  7. Oh Judy, Clive often says he'll call in, but he has a very tight filming schedule of course. We love to see him when he can make it....
I often make his favourite; Poulet au Vinaigre. I can post the recipe, if you would like it.
Whitebait is over for the year. Have you been in NZ that you know about those delicious little fishes?
(Hey, how about you start up a blog so we can see some of your photos?)

  8. Having Clive's favorite recipe might be interesting. Yes, I have been to NZ...3 or 4 times. My sister married a kiwi and has lived in Wellington for at least 15 years. My husband has tried the white bait;I have passed on it. I do have a blog and have posted a lot of NZ stuff. Take a look at the "sister" label.
