Time-Lapse - Google Street View.

I can waste hours on Google maps.  I love to travel along French roads, soar over the Australian outback, 'climb' mountains in Patagonia or amble along London streets.

Here at last is the result of someone's long hours compressed, so I can enjoy it quicker!

  1. It's funny that before I visited your plush riverside Tauranga mansion, I had already checked out the area via Google so that I would know what to look out for when driving there. Have you seen the horseboy in Aberdeen, Scotland?

  2. YP, I remember you told me that.
I have walked along the country Lanes around Sheffield too :-)

I have a friend who looks on Google at braided rivers for suitable nesting sites before he gets down on the ground to find the birds...

I have not seen the horseboy in Aberdeen. I'm intrigued. Care to email me a link?

  3. Quite some time ago we had those high speed road movies to fill in the gaps of TV programming during the night.
Personally I like the Google maps street view in the cities more.

  5. May be you saw our beautiful little church of Kerk-Avezaath bur our place is too remote to be of interest to Google street view. See for yourself when you will be in the northern hemisphere next year.
