This is what my Dad was doing yesterday. He and 13 others, 5ÂșC. Every second Wednesday they go climbing somewhere. He's 84 next month. The only comment he made was that there 'wasn't much of a view'.
How long has your dad been taking "Philosan"? Did you have that in NZ? - "Philosan fortifies the over forties". He is a great advert for old age even though he is still young t heart.
And guess what, it's Father's Day today! John, I think it looks worse because of the mist. Indeed RWP No Philosan here YP. We just have fresh air, good food, and a self-sufficiency attitude :-) He impresses me all the time Marja!
What a wonderful example of the ways to live a good life. I hope you have inherited the good health genes too.

DeleteMy late father was also a mountain climber, but I think he stopped aged about 50.
ReplyDeleteDad wouldn't call it mountain climbing Cro. It's just 'Tramping' in NZ. But he does go up mountains :-)
