My cuppith overflows

Thank you YP!  From the grimy Midlands a nice part of England, comes a special and brand new blogger award!  The inimitable Yorkshire Pudding has presented it jointly to me and another blogger - I am sharing it with the well-known former Leeds musician  David.
Although the award itself might be considered by some artistic and sensitive people as a little tacky, or perhaps garish, I personally am delighted to be the recipient of this recognition, and will not be looking this gift in the mouth.  So to speak.

  4. Tacky? Garish? The Awards Committee will be in emergency sesion this evening to determine whether or not you should be stripped... of the award I mean!

  5. Arthur, sotto voice: thank goodness He didn't see it. I've corrected it. He must be drunk this evening because he also didn't see that I said SOME ...people MIGHT consider it garish etc. And the obsession with stripping would also point to that.

Violet, husky from all the smoke?

misterwoppit, welcome to the LVD! Nice to see you. This lady at the PO - is she the one you called "Poo Face" last week?

YP, I bet you lecture the kids to read their exam papers properly. With you around I always make sure I couch my posts very carefully. I am blameless! Strip me not!
