  1. He looks like a son of Stan Laurel to me.... but then I'm no judge of female taste.

  2. August 1st is Yorkshire Day so in my opinion you should have picked a Yorkshireman. If you couldn't find a good photo of one, I would have been happy to pose in my leopardskin thong, holding a large bunch of grapes. Maybe next year?

  3. Oh dearie me, where have I seen these before.... HEY, I've got an idea, how about embracing that Kiwi Egalitarianism and infusing this genre of your posts with Gender Equity... Then rather than repetitively viewing lots of males who only remind me of my own attributes, I could broaden my mind and see something Completely different.

  5. Alden:
“When the I AM THAT I AM made nothing
And rested, which rest it certainly deserved,
Night now accompanied day, and man
Had his friend in the absence of the woman.”

  6. Obscure poetic, theological and philosophical metaphors notwithstanding 4 divided by 1 equals 4 - while 4 divided by 2 equals....... TWO EACH!! .... I rest my case again.

I have ordered 'Times Alone' from AmazonDotCom - If it's not worth the money I will be asking for a refund.

    1. Your indignation is, I hope, mostly contrived. If not, I am sorry to have disappointed you.

  8. It's about 200% contrived : > ) LOL. It's called having a bit of leg pulling fun - I am sure you knew that
: > ) One of the problems with written communication is that it doesn't contain the full nuance of person to person communication.

  9. Oh Good! Yes, emoticons help.

  10. Emotions help? Help what? Understanding? Hmmmm.

As for the person who looks like Stan Laurel's son who is he?

And if we are going to have equal number of each gender (or is it sex - I get confused) what about the other 27 or so classifications that there apparently are. I had enough problem with two.

I have a policy of never revealing the names of the Eye Candies. Don't know why.
I don't think Alden is really serious. He knows it's my party and I'll post what I want to.

  11. Sorry that was the spillchucker and I didn't notice. I appreciate that Alden was having a leg-pull.
