  1. I've got no problem eating vegetables..I love my vegies, especially broccoli~yum...but I want to know how to get the KIDS to eat em..

  2. Like Jules, I have absolutely no trouble at all eating fruit and vegetables - one of many dream meals for me would be a whole caulifower in white parsley sauce all to myself!

  3. Jules - once I grew a lot of silver-beet (a huge, leafy New Zealand green with the taste of strong spinach...)
    but my kids didn't like it. So I made up a batch and mashed it up in the kitchen whizz, then added it to a lovely meal of cheesy scrambled egg on toast. I sat them down and read them "Green Eggs and Ham" before tea, and they were so fascinated by this wonderful tea, they ate it like lambs.

    Alden, Yum! That would be wonderful. Do you put cheese in the sauce too?
