Glove strawberries

Although it is very early spring, my strawberry barrel is looking very prosperous.
But I obviously didn't read the label on my strawberries and have planted the new 'bell' or 'cockscomb' variety. Aren't they cute?*

*Just kidding.

  2. *No they are not cute. They look like excess body parts.

  3. Adrian... Haven't you heard that old saying "A strawberry by any other shape would still taste as sweet"?

YP. I know. They are really scary. I tried to be upbeat in the post to lift my spirits, but they are grotesque and deformed, and thanks to your honesty now I have to face my fears and get on with life. Or get psychiatric help. Or clean up oiled birds. Or something.

  4. I suppose that you can play the Strawberry Glad Game. You don't have to eat them but at least you got an amusing post out of them and imparted knowledge (and a warning to read labels) to your followers.
