Somedays the Song Writes You

I know this feeling. Some days the art draws me...

Thank you K for recommending this. It's more than splendid.

  1. Fine piece of music. Like the under laying magic realistic theme.

  2. Gosh that takes me back a long way to my days of folk and country where lyrics were discernable and meaningful (today's may be meaningful but I so often have difficulty actually discerning them).

  3. Hello Ben. Glad you liked it.
Geeb - Hmmm, I guess it was a while ago. In this house we still can hear the words of most of the music we play ...

  4. Yes, Katherine, the music I play (where there are lyrics because, apart from opera and masses etc most of my music is instrumental) does tend to have discernable lyrics. I suppose I was being rather sniffy about much of the music I hear played in other places where it just seems impossible to hear many modern lyrics. I think I was in Grumpy Old Man mode when I wrote that.
